About Sadaqah Jariyah Funeral Services

At Sadaqah Jariyah Funeral Services, we are reminded every day of how precious life is and how quickly circumstances can change. Supporting families through the loss of a loved one is a responsibility that stays with us long after the funeral has taken place. Every family we meet reminds us of the importance of helping others while we have the opportunity.

These experiences motivate us to do more. Our work is not only about supporting families at the time of bereavement, but also about looking at ways we can provide meaningful support to those who are struggling in other areas of life.

That is why we have carefully selected projects that aim to provide practical, lasting support. From clean water and livelihood projects such as sewing machines and rickshaws, to assistance for families facing hardship, our aim is to help provide people with the means to support themselves and their families.

Where It Started

Sadaqah Jariyah Funeral Services was founded from personal experience. The trustees themselves have experienced the loss of their own parents and understand first-hand the emotional and practical difficulties that families can face when someone passes away.

Those experiences became a motivation to serve others. What started from a desire to make the funeral process easier for families has grown into a wider commitment to support our community, remembering that one day we will all return to Allah.

Our Purpose

Our aim is simple: to serve families with compassion, dignity and sincerity, while creating opportunities for Sadaqah Jariyah that can continue to benefit others.

We believe that every opportunity to help someone is valuable. Whether it is supporting a family through bereavement, providing clean drinking water or helping someone establish a means of earning a halal income, we want our work to have a meaningful and lasting impact.

Who We Serve

Sadaqah Jariyah serves Muslim communities across Kirklees, Calderdale, Bradford, Wakefield, Leeds and surrounding areas.
