We may collect information you provide when you donate, claim Gift Aid, request funeral support, record funeral wishes, volunteer, register for an event, order a shroud kit, contact us or otherwise use our services.

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We may also use trusted hosting, email, analytics and professional service providers. They may only process information for agreed purposes and under appropriate safeguards.

Where you make a Gift Aid declaration, we collect the information needed to administer and evidence the claim. Financial, tax and Gift Aid records may need to be retained for the periods required by law and HMRC.

Funeral wishes and support requests may include religious, health, family or other sensitive information. We restrict access to authorised people and use the information only to provide or coordinate the requested support, unless the law requires otherwise.
